Calder Woods is honored to have Chef Charles Duit lead our senior living dining services team of culinary professionals in creating new, satisfying dishes for residents every day.

Renowned in the Beaumont community for his classic take on local favorites like crawfish etouffee and shrimp gumbo, Chef Duit often treats the Calder Woods family to special occasions like steak dinner, pancake breakfast and holiday brunch buffets.

Even on a normal Tuesday, residents can enjoy home-cooked favorites or try something new from the restaurant-style menu. Each meal includes three courses, each providing nutrition for seniors. Plus, thanks to the flexible senior living dining program you can enjoy those meals any time you want.

Calder Woods’ restaurant-style dining area, The Terrace, serves residents and their guests from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Weekend hours are 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. for breakfast, 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for lunch, and 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for dinner.

Looking for lighter fare or a mid-morning snack? Calder Woods’ Bistro Beaumont is conveniently located and open Monday through Friday. The bistro provides continental breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., as well as a wide assortment of options for you to enjoy throughout the day until 2:00 p.m.
