EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Latesha joined Calder Woods in 2021 as health services administrator and was promoted to executive director in 2024 where she provides operational leadership and support for the residents, families, and team – overseeing all aspects of the community’s success and wellbeing.
Chelsie Duhon
DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING
Chelsie joined Calder Woods as the director of marketing in 2023 where she guides and educates seniors and their families on the residential and financial options available to best fit their individual needs.
MALLORY MACFARLAND
DIRECTOR OF CULINARY
Mallory joined Calder Woods in 2023 and as the director of culinary she oversees preparing and serving residents and their guests from nutritionally balanced, delicious, fresh and seasonally inspired menus.

Francesca joined Calder Woods in 2022 and as the director of human resources she oversees the support of department heads in sourcing and retaining top talent to serve residents and families.

Ronald joined Calder Woods in 2022 as director of wellness where he works directly with residents to increase their health as they seek to live longer and more fulfilling lives.

DIRECTOR OF LIFESTYLE PROGRAMMING
Dana joined Calder Woods in 2022 as an accounts payable clerk and was eventually promoted to the director of lifestyle programming where she inspires happiness one happy hour, group outing and pickle ball tournament at a time.
