Resident Programs & Associations

Enhance your lifestyle with senior activities at Calder Woods.

Buckner Calder Woods offers residents several opportunities to get involved, meet their neighbors and make a difference through a variety of senior living activities and programs. Here, there is something for everyone – from personalized health and fitness, to spiritual and emotional wellness, to social and creative activities for seniors, and more! Each of our programs is designed and organized by our full-time, professional staff, comprised of a life enrichment coordinator and chaplain, as well as health, fitness and culinary professionals.

In addition to our senior living health and wellness programs, there are several associations and committees within the Calder Woods community that residents can join to stay active. Among these are the Resident Ambassadors, Welcome Wagon, Food Services Committee, Activities Committee, Garden Club, ROMEOs (Retired Old Men Eating Out), Baking Club, Creative Arts Club, Sewing Club, Alzheimer’s Support Group, Travel Club and more!

For more information about activities for seniors and resident programs at Calder Woods, see your monthly activity calendar, or talk to your life enrichment coordinator!
